We are looking for a dental assistant whose primary focus is on general dentistry assisting and providing a “wow” patient experience for our Wheat Ridge office, Branin Center for Dentistry- Wheat Ridge. The ability to make great temporary crowns and be meticulous with patient and non-patient tasks is a requirement. Additional duties will include maintaining office equipment and supplies, making post-operative phone calls, asking for reviews and supporting other team members. Our use of technology greatly reduces the need for assistants to babysit our doctors at the dental chair.
Responsibilities May Include

Take and document patient dental history and updates, as well as overall health and medication history

Assist dentists by handling supplies and instruments as requested

Ability to make great temporary crowns

Prepares tables and trays for dentists with necessary instruments and supplies

Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms

Provide a higher standard of care

Perform patient charting as instructed by the dentist

Qualifications:

Current Registered Dental Assistant Certification

High school diploma or general education degree
-
Radiology certification (preferred)

Current CPR certification (preferred)
