CEO and Founder
Scott is a graduate of Middlebury College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After an AEGD and 3 years of active duty in the USAF, he began opening and growing relationship-based practices in Northern Virginia. Uniquely, his practices hyper-focused on Great Dentistry and the people and systems that supported the vision. At the same time, Scott led and taught colleagues, AEGD and GPR programs everything from facially generated treatment planning to scalable office systems and how to market Great Dentistry. After 7 years of over 30%, year-over-year growth Scott left the 8 doctor 30+ staff group practice that he founded to attend full-time the Darden School of Business. His thesis - a scalable national model of a dentist-owned and led the group as a stark alternative to, and directly compete with, PE-backed DSO's. Scott continues to practice clinically in multiple states, along with his passion for growing our group of like-minded dental professionals.
Madison graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Art in Strategic Communications and has a proven track record of successfully growing businesses from the ground up. At Branin, Madison’s responsibilities include planning, directing and overseeing business operations, human resources, recruiting new hires, implementing effective and efficient systems, trains and mentoring non-clinical staff, measuring and reporting employees' progress, productivity and efficiency and more. Madison’s focus is to create a profitable business and relieve managerial/business pain points from partner doctors and staff.

Megan's dental career started nineteen years ago, as an EDDA, and she quickly became passionate about dentistry. She later pursued a dental hygiene career and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Colorado Health Science Center. Her clinical specialties are treatment acceptance and patient retention.
Being the Clinical Director of Branin has given Megan the opportunity to still provide optimal care to patients by teaching and leading clinical teams to success. She enjoys working one on one with teams and making them feel confident in their treatment planning abilities, time management skills and clinical skills while giving the patient an exceptional experience. Her favorite part of her job is being a part of a team that continues to strive for nothing short of excellence.
