Scott is a graduate of Middlebury College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After an AEGD and 3 years of active duty in the USAF, he began opening and growing relationship-based practices in Northern Virginia. Uniquely, his practices hyper-focused on Great Dentistry and the people and systems that supported the vision. At the same time, Scott led and taught colleagues, AEGD and GPR programs everything from facially generated treatment planning to scalable office systems and how to market Great Dentistry. After 7 years of over 30%, year-over-year growth Scott left the 8 doctor 30+ staff group practice that he founded to attend full-time the Darden School of Business. His thesis - a scalable national model of a dentist-owned and led the group as a stark alternative to, and directly compete with, PE-backed DSO's. Scott continues to practice clinically in multiple states, along with his passion for growing our group of like-minded dental professionals.
Madison graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Art in Strategic Communications and has a proven track record of successfully growing businesses from the ground up. At Branin, Madison’s responsibilities include planning, directing and overseeing business operations, human resources, recruiting new hires, implementing effective and efficient systems, trains and mentoring non-clinical staff, measuring and reporting employees' progress, productivity and efficiency and more. Madison’s focus is to create a profitable business and relieve managerial/business pain points from partner doctors and staff. She is attending the University of Virginia's Business School Darden fall of 2023 to obtain her MBA in the executive format.

Megan's dental career started nineteen years ago, as an EDDA, and she quickly became passionate about dentistry. She later pursued a dental hygiene career and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Colorado Health Science Center. Her clinical specialties are treatment acceptance and patient retention.
Being the Clinical Director of Branin has given Megan the opportunity to still provide optimal care to patients by teaching and leading clinical teams to success. She enjoys working one on one with teams and making them feel confident in their treatment planning abilities, time management skills and clinical skills while giving the patient an exceptional experience. Her favorite part of her job is being a part of a team that continues to strive for nothing short of excellence.
Originally from Anchorage, Alaska; Kimberly has been working in the dental industry since 2008. She completed the assistant training program at Alaska Native Medical Center where she worked with a
clinic of 20+ doctors practicing general dentistry and multiple specialties including endodontics, orthodontics and prosthodontics. After working there for a couple of years she transferred into private practice and stayed at that office for over 11 years.
After moving to Colorado in June of 2021 she knew she wanted to find a dental practice where the doctors and team are just as passionate about dentistry and patient care as she is. She is proud to call Branin Center for Dentistry her new dental home and excited for patients to call it their new dental home as well. Kim's role focuses on clinical and front office training, procedures, expert insurance knowledge and more.

As Branin’s Chief Financial Officer, George is tasked with the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of Branin to include the development of financial and operational strategies, establishing metrics for those strategies, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems. His principal accountabilities are financial control, accounting, financial planning and analysis, risk management and financing.
George is a CPA with more than eighteen years of experience in the accounting and finance profession. He has worked with companies of all sizes, from very small privately held companies to large publicly traded firms. George’s experience ranges from handling day-to-day accounting and finance operations to streamlining a company’s processes and procedures.
