Job description
We are seeking a treatment coordinator for our office, Branin Center for Dentistry- Wheat Ridge, located in Wheat Ridge, CO. The office lead primary focus is on: scheduling our relationship-based patients, interacting with patients both by phone and in-person, reviewing treatment plans, and presenting and collecting finances. While additional duties may include typical front desk responsibilities, we believe in outsourcing much of the usual headaches like insurance submission and verification. This role calls for an individual who possesses a proven track record and a deep understanding of cultivating and growing successful dental offices, as well as, strong leadership skills.

Calls patients when late

Confirm appointments

Treatment plan and financial case presentation

Understand insurance and verification

Be able to schedule patient appointments

Understand block scheduling and follow accordingly

Ask all patients for reviews (bonus, if they leave a review and write your name in it!)

Qualifications:

Dental experience (preferred 3 years+)

Front office experience (preferred 3 years+)

Open Dental software experience (highly preferred)
